Souks du Monde is an online retailer offering competitive pricing on quality artisanal products from around the world. We strive every day to bring meaningful experiences to our customers by offering outstanding service. If we have not answered your question below, please contact us. We respond to all messages within 24 hours. We are always happy to be of service.

We are based in New York with offices nationwide. We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail.

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping out to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@souksdumonde.com

Please keep in mind that our products are often shipped directly from the artisan who created it.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

We hope you love your purchase but if you’re not completely happy with your order and want to return it, please contact us at returns@souksdumonde.com  within 5 days of deliveryItems must be returned within 14 days after receiving it, provided that items are in their unused and original condition and packaging. If items are not in their original condition then we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.  

  •  Returns must be made within 14 days.
  • Your purchased items must be in original condition and show no signs of use.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, variations may occur in the color, size, or pattern of these one-of-a-kind treasures.
